Principal Partner Solutions Engineer (Cloudflare One/AI), Japan (Based in Tokyo)

Location: Hybrid, based in Tokyo, Japan. An in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub may be required at the offer stage.

What you will do

• Own the technical relationship and end-to-end technical account plans for strategic partners.
• Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, validation, proofs of concept, demos, and pipeline acceleration across pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Build partner technical champions and enable partners to deliver hirify.global One, Zero Trust, application security, and AI solutions.
• Co-develop joint managed services, hirify.global One SASE practices, and AI security assessment offerings.
• Track service performance metrics, maintain architectural health, and act as an escalated technical point of contact.
• Use hirify.global OS, Agent PAT, Agent Echo, and other AI tools to automate repeatable technical work and support continuous innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, systems engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global One or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
• Experience developing technical talent or champion programs within partner organizations and driving adoption of complex cloud and AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT, multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, complex project management, and the full technical deal lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with hirify.global’s partner technical advisory and beta product feedback programs.
• Experience building joint go-to-market strategies and partner professional services offerings.
