Senior Process Improvement Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Partner with business, operations, technology, risk, and finance leaders to analyze complex end-to-end processes.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, observations, and process-mapping sessions.
• Create process maps, service blueprints, swim-lane diagrams, journey maps, decision trees, and supporting documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks, manual workarounds, duplicate effort, control gaps, and standardization opportunities.
• Design future-state workflows using AI, automation, analytics, knowledge management, and workflow tools where appropriate.
• Support requirements definition, prioritization, pilots, testing, rollout readiness, training, adoption measurement, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, transformation, operations, process improvement, or a comparable analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, operations, finance, industrial engineering, information systems, analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to map and analyze end-to-end business processes.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and process-mapping or diagramming tools.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and handle process, client, financial, and operational information appropriately.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, design thinking, Agile delivery, business process management, or continuous improvement.
• Operations consulting or end-to-end process redesign experience.
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, automation platforms, knowledge-management solutions, or AI-enabled tools.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, B2B services, enterprise software, shared services, billing operations, or client operations.
