Trainee Pharmacy Dispensers (Digital Pharmacy)

Location: On-site in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, UK. Full-time availability is required, ideally Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Candidates must have independent, permanent Right to Work in the UK for full-time employment; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

What you will do

• Prepare, assemble, and package pharmacy orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support warehouse operations and maintain an organized workflow across the pharmacy floor.
• Learn to use the custom-built digital pharmacy system and operate the robotic packaging system.
• Follow strict health and safety procedures and maintain high quality standards.
• Complete fully funded GPhC-accredited training and build formal pharmacy qualifications.

Requirements

• No previous pharmacy experience is required; structured training is provided from day one.
• Strong attention to detail, concentration, accuracy, and personal responsibility.
• Ability to learn new software and work with digital systems and robotics.
• Collaborative approach and effective communication with on-site and remote colleagues.
• Ability to work reliably on-site in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, and commit to full-time hours.
• Independent, permanent UK Right to Work is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.
