Lead Analyst - Financial & Operations

Location: On-site in Rochester, NY or Binghamton, NY, United States. Applicants must be legally able to work in the United States and may be subject to applicable immigration requirements.

Salary: $96,400–$120,500, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead the development and analysis of financial and operational plans, strategic budgets, and quarterly forecast revisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual capital expenditure and net operating expense analyses for management review.
• Develop datasets, ad-hoc reports, insights, and predictions to optimize operational and financial performance.
• Define, implement, and monitor action plans and financial initiatives that improve profitability and achieve operational targets.
• Partner with Operations, Control, Investment Planning, Regulatory, and other corporate functions to support decision-making and organizational change.
• Present recommendations and results to senior leadership, regulatory bodies, corporate partners, and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and experience with Microsoft 365; knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps is preferred.
• Working knowledge of financial planning processes, accounting practices, and operational activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence, build effective relationships, manage competing priorities, and work with all organizational levels.
• Ability to work on-site in Rochester or Binghamton, New York, and meet applicable United States work authorization requirements.
