Press Operator (3rd Shift)

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States; onsite 3rd-shift production role

Salary: $49,920–$79,040 yearly; additional compensation information lists $24.00–$38.00 per hour plus a possible $3 per hour 3rd-shift premium.

What you will do

• Assist with press operations during make-ready, production runs, cleanup, and product packing.
• Set up and adjust imaging systems, including splicers, web presses, ink systems, plates, and imaging programs.
• Inspect printed products, troubleshoot equipment, and verify compliance with customer specifications and tolerances.
• Complete press paperwork, consumable maintenance, preventive maintenance, and productivity procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following production, recycling, and machine-safety procedures.
• Support process improvements and train new and existing team members.

Requirements

• Basic math, measurement, reading comprehension, mechanical, and visual inspection skills.
• Ability to distinguish colors and compare materials against specifications.
• Ability to frequently lift items weighing less than 50 pounds.
• Willingness to cross-train in finishing and press operations and train on 1st Shift.
• Basic Windows understanding; PC experience is desirable.
• Must work onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on the 3rd shift.
