TL;DR
Production Operator (PCB Manufacturing) (CNC/Blueprints): Operating and maintaining production equipment to manufacture precisely designed printed circuit boards with an accent on process accuracy, output targets, and safety and quality compliance. Focus on interpreting blueprints and shop orders, performing detailed inspections, and maintaining exact production requirements in an onsite manufacturing environment.
Location: Onsite at 6457 Fly Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057. First shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Salary: $36,214–$57,241 annually. An annual or quarterly bonus may apply; alternative shifts may include a shift premium.

What you will do
- Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
- Meet production output targets and follow time-sensitive production schedules.
- Read blueprints, engineering notes, customer standards, and shop orders to produce and verify products.
- Check operation completion, counts, and product quality using measurement and inspection tools.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Collaborate with coworkers, respond to schedule changes and hot orders, and support customer-focused production.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English sufficiently to follow blueprints, customer standards, and shop control documents.
- Ability to perform detailed work and basic arithmetic.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must comply with US export control and ITAR requirements. Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
Nice to have
- Experience in process or printed circuit board manufacturing.
- Knowledge of circuit board terminology.
- Experience with CNC machinery, magnification scopes, eye loops, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Principles or continuous improvement.
