Production Group Leader - OEC FA - 3rd Shift

What you will do

• Lead a production team and manage staffing, time tracking, training, development, performance, and employee relations.
• Manage the assigned manufacturing area across people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Plan production to meet customer demand while maintaining required quality standards.
• Coach continuous improvement through lean manufacturing practices, including 5S and waste reduction.
• Support equipment and process development, optimization, manufacturing readiness, and corrective actions.
• Track and communicate departmental KPIs and coordinate with other departments and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Two- to four-year degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, build teams, mentor and coach employees, and manage performance.
• Ability to use analytical and diagnostic thinking to identify information, determine root causes, and solve problems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization is verified through E-Verify.
