Vice President, Product Management, Platform & Innovation

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, investment thesis, and operating plan for the hirify.global Platform and new-product portfolio.
• Lead shared platform services and AI-enabled capabilities that improve customer value, product delivery speed, adoption, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead the Innovation team through customer discovery, validation, incubation, launch, adoption, and commercial traction for new products.
• Represent hirify.global in technical and roadmap discussions with Atlassian, covering platform changes, APIs, Forge, Marketplace, security, and the developer ecosystem.
• Translate Atlassian ecosystem changes into product opportunities, readiness plans, competitive differentiation, and risk mitigation.
• Build, coach, and retain product managers and product leaders while establishing effective planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible product management experience, including 5+ years leading product managers or product leaders.
• Experience defining and scaling cloud platforms, shared services, APIs, or developer-facing capabilities in a SaaS, XaaS, or consumption-based business.
• Proven success taking 0-to-1 products from discovery through launch, customer adoption, and commercial traction.
• Strong technical fluency across APIs, authentication and authorization, cloud architecture, high availability, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Commercial ownership of a significant software portfolio, including P&L, revenue, or equivalent business accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or experience building within the Atlassian ecosystem, including Forge, Marketplace, and Atlassian APIs.
• Experience operating cloud services at more than 100 million daily service calls.
• Commercial ownership of a XaaS portfolio exceeding $50 million in annual recurring revenue.
• Experience building AI-enabled platform capabilities or commercial AI products.
