What you will do

• Implement BT’s Zero Trust Security Model across identity, access, information protection and data governance.
• Onboard mobile, web, desktop and single-page applications into Microsoft Entra ID for single sign-on and provisioning.
• Configure multifactor authentication, passwordless authentication, device-based restrictions, access packages, policies and access reviews.
• Design sensitivity labels, DLP policies, Endpoint DLP policies, retention labels and retention policies across Microsoft 365 and other workloads.
• Automate security and governance processes using Power Automate, Power Apps and Logic Apps.
• Investigate identity and access issues, perform root-cause analysis, monitor emerging threats and communicate recommendations across BT.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management and role-based access control.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview Information Protection, DLP, Insider Risk and Data Security Posture Management for AI.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM and authentication libraries such as Microsoft Authentication Library.
• Experience with KQL, monitoring tools, SIEM, workbooks, incident management and the Microsoft Defender stack.
• Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and PowerShell, plus experience building REST APIs with Logic Apps.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator or Information Security Administrator certification.
