Global Tax Manager (Brazil)

What you will do

• Monitor and implement Brazil’s indirect tax reform and assess its impact on business models and compliance.
• Partner with local finance teams to ensure efficient tax processes, controls, and reporting.
• Review business transactions and commercial initiatives to provide practical tax recommendations.
• Support the preparation and review of tax returns and calculations in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Lead international tax projects across multiple jurisdictions, including VAT/GST and corporate income tax.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax reporting under IFRS.

Requirements

• Brazilian professional tax or accounting qualification (e.g., CRC or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax advisory or in-house tax functions.
• Fluent English (CV must be submitted in English).
• Deep expertise in the Brazilian tax system, including direct and indirect taxes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a global mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
