Cost Center Controller (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage annual budget planning and controlling for Onshore regional areas, including hourly-rate calculations.
• Analyze cost structures and build, maintain, and improve the cost accounting system.
• Prepare monthly reports and explain forecasts and actuals to Cost Center Controlling management.
• Strengthen master data governance for cost centers, WBS elements, orders, and GL accounts.
• Drive process standardization, digitalization, and automation across departments.
• Support time-registration setup, order allocation, intercompany-charge SLAs, documentation, and purchase-order creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional experience in controlling, finance, commercial sales, and/or project business.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, work under pressure, build cross-cultural relationships, and drive process improvements.
• Fluent English required.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and Alteryx.
