IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: Onsite in downtown Detroit, MI

Salary: $22–$23 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for users and resolve service desk incidents.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting skills and provide deskside support and concierge service.
• Log incidents and resolutions accurately and on time.
• Review knowledge base articles and ensure content accuracy.
• Escalate issues according to service desk procedures and approve escalation requests via chat.
• Handle VIP calls, mentor new agents, and provide troubleshooting guidance to the team.

Requirements

• Experience providing first-level service desk support and incident resolution.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-escalation skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate incident and resolution records.
• Ability to meet or exceed service performance goals.
• Ability to work onsite in downtown Detroit, Michigan.
