Senior Financial Analyst (Retail)

Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays

What you will do

• Aggregate, summarize, and analyze financial and operational data using financial software and accounting principles.
• Develop sensitivity, rate-versus-mix, correlation, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning analyses.
• Support month-end close through journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, contract accounting, and bank settlements.
• Prepare SEC filings, quarterly earnings materials, and financial schedules for the Board of Directors, Disclosure Committee, and Audit Committee.
• Perform SOX validations and research technical accounting and financial reporting issues.
• Communicate insights to business partners and leaders while helping drive Oracle Cloud enhancements and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software.
• Strong accounting, budgeting, forecasting, critical-thinking, attention-to-detail, time-management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Menomonee Falls corporate office Monday through Thursday and meet attendance and scheduling requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work across business units, follow company policies, and complete assigned projects on time.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Retail industry experience.
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
