Purchasing Manager in Avionics Systems (Communication, Navigation & Surveillance)

Location: Toulouse, France; national and international travel is required for supplier meetings.

What you will do

• Manage supplier contracts throughout the product life cycle and secure delivery on time, at the required quality and cost.
• Align procurement activities with Programs, Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Services, and hirify.global aircraft programs.
• Define and implement commodity strategies, international tenders, cost-reduction campaigns, and contractual changes.
• Manage supplier ratings, supply-chain risks, deviations, litigations, and cross-functional change projects.
• Define aftermarket strategies, contractual frameworks, and supplier performance actions for in-service events.

Requirements

• 5-year degree in Engineering or from a business school.
• Negotiation-level English is required.
• Proven commercial and contractual experience, legal awareness, and international negotiation skills.
• Experience in supplier relationship management, procurement, or managing external stakeholders.
• Effective project management experience in Engineering, Programs, Procurement Operations, or Customer Support is beneficial.
