What you will do

• Facilitate training for ambassadors using approved SOPs, lesson plans, and other training resources.
• Certify, test, audit, and document training according to assigned area and equipment requirements.
• Deliver training focused on safety, guest service, operational procedures, and proper equipment use.
• Observe ambassador performance and provide ongoing supplemental training.
• Model daily operations as a paramedic and assist with evacuation drills and OSHA compliance training.
• Maintain a safe work environment, identify hazards, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a current paramedic at a hirify.global Parks & Entertainment park and meet the requirements of that role.
• Be in good standing without a written warning or higher corrective action.
• Effectively train ambassadors in area procedures, safety procedures, and guest service.
• Communicate effectively, remain composed under stress, multitask, make quick decisions, troubleshoot training issues, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently with little to no supervision and collaborate effectively in a team.
