Location: Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, third shift from 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM. U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.

What you will do

• Set up and finish White Chemraz trim parts using appropriate production equipment.
• Set up and operate large laser cutting machines and automated inscription equipment.
• Load and unload ovens, pull flash, cut vents, rinse and bag parts, and transport work in process.
• Inspect parts using gauges, micrometers, and non-contact measurement tools; perform rework as needed.
• Record production activities, labor and material usage, and required data in SAP and the company data collection system.
• Follow SPC procedures, quality requirements, environmental regulations, and workplace safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings, prints, work instructions, and company documents.
• Ability to maintain annual quality control certification and follow ISO 9000 quality requirements.
• Ability to perform frequent pushing, grasping, and repetitive movements, and to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without mechanical assistance and wear required personal protective equipment.
• U.S. Person status is required under applicable ITAR regulations.
