hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage accounting operations, software, charts of accounts, and service delivery for multiple real estate clients.
• Coordinate accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transactions.
• Coordinate and review month-end reconciliations, including prepaids, receivables, fixed assets, payables, accruals, investments, and debt.
• Prepare and review financial statements, general ledger activity, cash flow, allocations, and process documentation.
• Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, audit and tax workpapers, and other client-requested filings.
• Oversee Associates and Analysts and contribute to internal audit, due diligence, system selection, and other consulting projects.

• At least two years of relevant accounting or financial experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to work from the specified Illinois office locations.
• Experience managing multiple clients and reviewing accounting work is required for the senior-level scope.
