Presales Identity Engineer (Identity and Access Management): Supporting enterprise sales engagements by explaining, demonstrating, and evaluating RSA identity and access management solutions with an accent on technical architecture, integrations, and customer requirements. Focus on leading proof-of-concepts, preparing RFI/RFP responses, coordinating technical evaluations, and enabling partners across the assigned territory.

What you will do
- Provide technical presales support for prospective and existing enterprise customers within the assigned territory.
- Participate in customer calls and onsite or virtual visits to gather requirements and explain RSA solution architecture, features, and integrations.
- Build and deliver tailored customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical enablement sessions for partners.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs and own the technical relationship throughout customer evaluations.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and first-level technical support during evaluations.
- Prepare functional requirements, specifications, and supporting documentation for statements of work and system quotations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software environment, including 5+ years in field sales support, software consulting, presales engineering, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management, identity governance, or lifecycle management solutions.
- Experience with Java, application servers, database technologies, and application integrations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with functional and technical stakeholders at customer sites.
- Fluent English and the local language are required.
Nice to have
- CISSP or a similar professional certification.
