What you will do
- Investigate customer and product problems, document findings, and identify root causes.
- Research, test, and iterate on solutions using appropriate engineering methods.
- Build, modify, test, and document software, scripts, automations, and workflows.
- Consider edge cases, reproduce issues, and validate fixes before completion.
- Participate in code reviews, regression testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Foundational experience from coursework, projects, internships, or practical technical work.
- Foundational understanding of analytical problem-solving and basic technical concepts.
- Attention to detail and an emerging QA mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Python, APIs, automation, data analysis, or software development.
- Experience with structured testing or AI-driven projects, workflows, or tools.
- Background in engineering, operations, business, analytics, or a related discipline.
