What you will do

• Establish, manage, and maintain a Set-Top-Box or iOS/Android QA lab.
• Provide full-lifecycle QA engineering support for JavaScript, iOS, Android, and Unix server-side technology stacks.
• Build and maintain test automation and API validation solutions.
• Support deployment automation, containerization, configuration management, and build automation.
• Work with Set-Top-Box automation and large-scale systems integration where applicable.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced agile environment, taking ownership of issues through resolution.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in a mature software development organization.
• 3–5 years of experience establishing, managing, and maintaining a Set-Top-Box or mobile QA lab.
• Experience with QA engineering, test automation, and API validation.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript scripting, plus Java or Objective-C programming.
• Knowledge of Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes, continuous integration lifecycles, Unix operating systems, and web application technologies including HTML and CSS.
• Strong communication skills, ownership of technical issues, and adaptability to changing requirements.
