Web Application Administrator

What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain web applications, SaaS platforms, and application submission workflows.
• Analyze requirements, contribute to technical design, prepare estimates, and recommend solutions aligned with development standards.
• Create page layouts, mockups, and user interfaces for clear and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Analyze platform and content performance through KPI reports and dashboards, and support data-management activities.
• Coordinate release preparation, production deployment, post-release validation, and hypercare support.
• Troubleshoot content, configuration, defects, incidents, and integration issues while maintaining deployment documentation and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience administering, configuring, supporting, or developing web applications, including SaaS platforms.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, content management systems, application configuration, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data management, integrations, release deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with business users, project teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders; familiarity with Agile and SDLC practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools, workflow automation, or enterprise SaaS platforms such as FireLight, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with digital-product configuration, business rules, catalogs, APIs, web services, ETL, or file-based interfaces.
