Case Leader/Senior Case Manager (UK Tech Visas)

Location: Work from anywhere; candidates must not reside in the Russian Federation

Salary: €1,500–€2,000 per month before tax, plus performance bonuses

What you will do

• Lead and manage UK Tech Visa cases from initial consultation through endorsement.
• Build persuasive endorsement cases, including CVs, reference letters, pitch decks, and MVP presentations.
• Communicate directly with endorsement bodies on behalf of clients.
• Develop product materials based on client business ideas.
• Assess and explain the technical contributions and exceptional talent of clients.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with UK Tech Visa categories, including Innovator Founder and Global Talent.
• C1+ English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of legal nuance.
• Technical understanding combined with excellent written communication.
• Curiosity, warmth, and genuine interest in helping clients change their lives.
