Mobility Specialist (Global Immigration)

What you will do

• Provide legal and strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance services.
• Monitor hirify.global products and services for immigration compliance and maintain internal documentation.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
• Advise on business travel, sponsorship cases, and complex immigration matters.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, escalations, case statuses, and billing systems.
• Improve immigration processes through automation and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, immigration, or a similar field.
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse clients.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and operate autonomously.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Experience in technology, rapid-growth companies, hirify.global work, or asynchronous environments is advantageous.
