What you will do

• Support the delivery of multimillion-pound Outdoor advertising transformation projects.
• Assist with project planning, progress tracking, reporting, governance, and delivery coordination.
• Create and maintain trackers, registers, dashboards, action plans, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project delivery, engineering, finance, legal, commercial, and operations teams.
• Attend meetings with internal teams, clients, suppliers, project managers, and contractor partners.
• Contribute to project reviews and develop an understanding of the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Quick learner with a passion for innovation and an interest in project delivery.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create trackers, dashboards, and action plans, with a basic understanding of project delivery.
• Available for the 24-month apprenticeship contract in Holborn, London.
