Italian Speaking - Regional Marketing Executive

Location: Hybrid in Athens, Limassol, or Nicosia, with remote work listed as an option

What you will do

• Define and execute country-specific marketing strategies for the Italian market.
• Manage social media content in line with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Develop demand-generation and lead-generation strategies and rollout plans.
• Coordinate agencies, vendors, external partners, marketing events, and exhibitions.
• Launch campaigns, monitor KPIs, and evaluate campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Business Development, and other stakeholders on market research and project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Native Italian and excellent English.
• Strong digital marketing skills and solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and dynamic approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with social media management tools such as Sprinklr.
• Strong project management skills.
