A young B Corporation building sustainability software to help organizations manage sustainability data, carbon accounting, reporting, and related workflows.

What you will do

• Lead or support customer onboarding and implementation projects from planning through handover.
• Configure the platform for sustainability, carbon accounting, reporting, data management, surveys, workflows, and historical data.
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, training, demonstrations, and enablement sessions.
• Coordinate customers, consulting and reseller partners, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams.
• Manage project plans, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, decisions, documentation, and handovers.
• Apply sustainability and carbon-accounting expertise while gathering customer feedback and improving delivery practices and product guidance.

Requirements

• Experience in customer delivery, consulting, project management, sustainability, carbon accounting, SaaS implementation, or a related field.
• Experience independently owning customer-facing projects, workstreams, or relationships.
• Strong knowledge of carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, climate frameworks, and practical sustainability challenges.
• Experience with digital platforms, data-driven workflows, workshops, training, presentations, and cross-functional or partner collaboration.
• Professional fluency in English and German is mandatory for meetings, workshops, training, written communication, and difficult conversations.
• Structured, reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing ambiguity, risks, multiple priorities, and difficult conversations.

Nice to have

• A relevant degree; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Hands-on professional experience using AI tools.
