What you will do
- Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, and other healthcare facilities to ensure continuity of ZOLL product and service provision.
- Review patient plans of care, transitions, reorder documentation, and potential end-of-use decisions with providers and office staff.
- Manage case follow-up, documentation processing, and coordination with internal departments and account teams.
- Support improved claims billing yield by applying payer requirements and resolving reimbursement-related issues.
- Educate hospital and office staff on medical device order requirements and workflows.
- Maintain performance metrics, follow standard operating procedures, and support departmental projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
- Experience navigating hospital and clinic environments, collecting documentation, and interacting with providers and patients.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to plan proactively, work autonomously, multitask, solve problems, and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work in a field-based role with approximately 80% travel and occasional evenings or weekends.
Nice to have
- Healthcare or medical device experience in clinical or billing functions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
