What you will do

  • Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, and other healthcare facilities to ensure continuity of ZOLL product and service provision.
  • Review patient plans of care, transitions, reorder documentation, and potential end-of-use decisions with providers and office staff.
  • Manage case follow-up, documentation processing, and coordination with internal departments and account teams.
  • Support improved claims billing yield by applying payer requirements and resolving reimbursement-related issues.
  • Educate hospital and office staff on medical device order requirements and workflows.
  • Maintain performance metrics, follow standard operating procedures, and support departmental projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
  • Experience navigating hospital and clinic environments, collecting documentation, and interacting with providers and patients.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to plan proactively, work autonomously, multitask, solve problems, and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a field-based role with approximately 80% travel and occasional evenings or weekends.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare or medical device experience in clinical or billing functions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
