What you will do
- Lead and mentor an engineering team developing AI security products.
- Work with Product and customers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams on complex cross-functional projects.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship, including support with key implementation decisions.
- Own product execution, quality, and delivery across endpoint and cloud environments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading software development teams.
- 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience with high-level programming languages.
- Strong ownership, independence, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience guiding technical decisions and solutions for complex systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Background in cybersecurity or endpoint agent development.
- Experience delivering customer-value-driven products in fast-paced startup environments.
