Database Operator (Dutch Native Speaker, Spain Homebased)

What you will do

• Conduct outbound telephone and email verifications with healthcare professionals and pharmacies.
• Research available information sources to complete accurate data verification.
• Compare new information with existing database records and perform matching activities.
• Record and update data according to project guidelines and internal quality standards.
• Escalate issues or deviations from standard procedures to the manager.
• Complete documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and occasional text translations.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch is required.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills for telephone and email interactions.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
