What you will do

• Analyze, implement, and maintain technical interfaces and reports for HR software solutions.
• Support customers with their specific needs regarding reporting and interface requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between various systems.
• Interpret and analyze data to provide actionable insights for decision-making processes.
• Ensure high data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for interface and reporting issues.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of an object-oriented programming language.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Well-developed analytical and logical thinking ability.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Residency in or near Barcelona with valid work authorization (NIE, social security).
