Data Consultant (Dutch Speaking)

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona or Malaga, Spain; candidates must live in or near Barcelona and have the legal documents required to work in Barcelona.

Salary: €30,000–€38,500 annual base salary, plus fringe benefits.

What you will do

• Support customers with interface and reporting requirements.
• Analyze, implement, and maintain technical interfaces and reports for HR software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate different systems.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot interface and reporting issues.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of an object-oriented programming language.
• Ability to combine technical and communication skills in a service-oriented role.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
• Smooth communication in Dutch and English is required.
• Spanish work authorization documents, including an NIE number and social security number, are required.
