What you will do

• Inspect and sort incoming purchased parts, components, and materials using defined criteria.
• Perform visual, physical, mechanical, and electrical measurements.
• Inspect large lots under a microscope and use inspection gauges.
• Document inspection and testing results accurately.
• Maintain controlled documents and test records, and enter data into associated systems.
• Provide quality control support to the Operations group.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use inspection gauges and microscopes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and inspection procedures.
• Basic mathematics, communication, computer literacy, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of ISO and GMP requirements.

Nice to have

• Medical device manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of US FDA 21 CFR QSR and ISO 13485.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
