Wealth Management Digital Client and Partner Experience Intern (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL; applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Support Wealth Management projects focused on digital client and partner experiences.
• Work with stakeholders across product, data, technology, and design.
• Research competitive insights and create capability maps.
• Develop and review user stories.
• Analyze large datasets and create visualizations, reports, and findings.
• Compile and present recommendations in a concise, professional format.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university, with expected graduation between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Preferred majors include Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, and Economics.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Knowledge of product management, UX design, data science, research, statistics, analytics, or data platforms through coursework or related experience.
• Analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, critical thinking, strategic thinking, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• U.S. work authorization without employment-based visa sponsorship is required; visa sponsorship is not available, including for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT.
