Manager, Talent Development EMEA

Location: Slough, England, United Kingdom; flexible work model with purposeful in-person collaboration

Salary: GBP 69,040–81,985 gross annually, plus a target 15% incentive bonus

What you will do

• Lead Organization Development and Inclusion initiatives across EMEA, translating global strategy into regionally relevant solutions.
• Advise People & Culture partners and business leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent strategy, change, culture, and workforce readiness.
• Own regional talent processes including talent planning, talent and performance management cycles, succession planning, and career development.
• Design and facilitate leadership, team effectiveness, organizational capability, assessment, coaching, and change enablement programs.
• Use workforce insights, organizational diagnostics, engagement data, and stakeholder feedback to measure impact and guide recommendations.
• Manage regional vendors, budgets, resources, governance, and project plans in partnership with the Global OD&I Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, Learning & Development, or a related People & Culture discipline.
• Experience leading regional or enterprise-wide initiatives and talent processes in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing across functions, cultures, and leadership levels without direct authority.
• Ability to connect organizational development initiatives with commercial priorities, transformation, and future workforce capability needs.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in an additional European language is preferred.

Nice to have

• Certification in assessment tools such as DISC, Insights Discovery, Hogan, MBTI, or ESCI 360.
• Additional European language proficiency.
