Product Line Owner for US Commercial Data Foundations (AI)

Location: Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite required. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $206,250–$297,916.66 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of scalable, governed US commercial data foundations on AWS and Snowflake.
• Define the approach for integrating internal, third-party, and syndicated data across a complex multi-brand omnichannel environment.
• Build trusted, AI-ready data assets supporting omnichannel engagement, field force optimization, and product launch readiness.
• Modernize and harmonize the data platform landscape through automation, observability, data quality, and SLA frameworks.
• Partner with analytics, AI, commercial, digital, go-to-market, global, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team of product owners, analysts, and operations professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Healthcare Information Systems, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience leading data strategy and architecture initiatives, including data-as-a-product thinking, domain-driven design, and modern data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Snowflake, cloud-native platform modernization, and integration of complex internal and third-party data sources.
• Experience leading large-scale digital and data transformations and developing high-performing technical and leadership teams.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across global, cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of semantic layers, AI/ML concepts, data governance, and compliance frameworks including GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA; life sciences or pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
