Machine Learning & Generative AI Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI and machine learning models with the AI Integration Team.
• Analyze complex manufacturing data to create features, insights, and predictive models.
• Support analytics use-case development, deployment, scaling, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with digital manufacturing machine learning engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Apply modern AI/ML technologies, software engineering practices, and MLOps concepts.
• Follow Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Familiarity with Python and common data science libraries.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and model development.
• Exposure to PyTorch and Scikit-Learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; must be in good academic standing.
• Available to work at least 40 hours per week for a 16–24 week credit-bearing internship commencing January 2027.

Nice to have

• Previous related internship or co-op experience.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, RAG, or AI agents.
• Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, or AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with semiconductor or manufacturing processes.
