What you will do

• Design, build, and oversee system-wide security architectures for IT systems, applications, and data across on-premise and hybrid environments.
• Lead threat modeling sessions and identify, categorize, and prioritize software system threats.
• Make technology and integration decisions for cybersecurity solutions.
• Architect and champion Zero Trust frameworks, including advanced Identity and Access Management and micro-segmentation.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and DCS.
• Provide technical guidance to Security Engineers, mentor junior architects, and govern solution designs with stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of IT experience, including 7 years in cybersecurity and security architecture.
• Extensive experience in information security, software security, security protocols, cryptography, application security, and systems integration.
• Expertise in Zero Trust Architecture, cloud security, Identity and Access Management, threat modeling, PKI, network security, virtualization security, and security hardening.
• Knowledge of defence-domain cybersecurity constraints, including NATO or national regulations and accreditation processes.
• Very good English skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CISSP-ISSAP, or similar professional certification.
