What you will do

• Provide legal support to Finance, Global Procurement, HR, and Public Affairs functions.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage agreements with clinical sites, research partners, and academic entities.
• Support R&D procurement matters, including CROs, CMOs, and CDMOs.
• Advise on regulatory and quality-related matters impacting global R&D activities.
• Structure multi-stakeholder sustainability initiatives and partnerships.
• Provide end-to-end legal support for the Paolo hirify.global Foundation.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in law or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical company or international law firm.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Admission to the Bar (qualification to practice law).
• Experience supporting R&D legal matters in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of European and Italian regulatory frameworks for clinical trials and GxP standards.
