What you will do
- Act as the primary customer contact for material deliveries, invoicing, and claims disputes.
- Receive, analyze, and manage customer demands while ensuring on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer needs and develop solutions.
- Launch assembly planning based on forecasts, raw material availability, and production resources.
- Track daily production output and support customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- BAC +5 degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or industrial management.
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics.
- Good knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA, and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Good French and mandatory English proficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and Lean management skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Spanish or German.
