Partner Service Delivery Manager (PSDM)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; Standard Shift (Bulgaria)

What you will do

• Manage operational matters and quality performance for assigned channel partners.
• Set up new partners and deliver training on operational guides, processes, and interaction with hirify.global.
• Act as the primary contact for partner enquiries, owning issues and escalations through resolution.
• Monitor accreditation metrics, financial warranty claims, customer satisfaction, and service delivery quality.
• Build relationships with assigned accounts and support partners in achieving operational targets.
• Coordinate with country and regional channel teams and drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience working in a virtual team environment.
• 1–2 years of service delivery experience is advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish is required.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, influencing, teamwork, and customer-focused skills; proficiency with MS Office and reporting or data management tools.
