Senior DevSecOps Engineer – CI/CD & Kubernetes Specialist (Kubernetes)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal, with a hybrid work model requiring 2 remote days per week. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Support and troubleshoot CI/CD solutions and Kubernetes platforms to maintain availability and performance.
• Implement and automate delivery pipelines with Application Managers using Jenkins pipelines, Ansible playbooks, and related templates.
• Operate CI/CD and container platforms, manage incidents, define performance KPIs, and produce technical reports.
• Integrate vulnerability scanning tools and security protocols into CI/CD workflows.
• Support Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications, improving their robustness, security, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on standards, best practices, and cybersecurity compliance.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in DevSecOps, container orchestration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Jenkins, GitLab CI, JFrog Artifactory, GitLab, Sonar, Argo CD, Bash, Ansible/AWX, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, container security, and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience diagnosing issues in complex platform environments, managing incidents, and preparing technical reports.
• Knowledge of GDPR, OWASP, ISO 27001, and container security practices.
• English at communicative level and French at proficient level required; existing EU work authorization required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hexagonal Architecture or CQRS.
• Additional knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards.
