Trainee Fund Accountant (Fintech)

Location: St Peter Port, Guernsey; flexible hybrid working is available.

What you will do

• Support bookkeeping for funds, management companies, and associated fund structures.
• Prepare, reconcile, and proof investor reports, statutory financial statements, and ad hoc investor requests.
• Assist with routine audit queries and periodic bank reconciliations.
• Provide or source supporting documentation for financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records in eFront and Microsoft Excel working paper schedules.
• Assist with periodic direct and indirect tax returns.

Requirements

• Desire to study toward a relevant professional qualification.
• Sound technical knowledge of financial services.
• Computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills.
