What you will do

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across finance, tax, treasury, accounting policy, product control, investor relations, administrators, and advisors.
• Lead fund accounting and administration for assigned structures, including monthly and quarterly NAV closes, investor capital activity, distributions, management fees, carried interest, liquidity forecasting, expense allocations, and G&A reporting.
• Review complex fund transactions and accounting treatments, providing technical guidance under IFRS and applicable internal policies.
• Support management reporting, FP&A analysis, Board-level reporting, and strategic business analysis.
• Oversee auditors, fund administrators, and tax advisors across jurisdictions and manage statutory and tax deliverables.
• Manage and mentor junior team members while contributing to process improvements, systems implementations, governance, and control enhancements.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience with fund structures, fund accounting, and investor servicing for closed-ended investment vehicles.
• Advanced technical accounting knowledge, particularly under IFRS; exposure to Lux GAAP, UK GAAP, or US GAAP is advantageous.
• Experience managing teams and working across international, cross-functional environments.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical, commercial, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
