Support Agent (GameDev)

What you will do

• Respond to player messages, questions, and support issues.
• Assist players with resolving disputes.
• Track and report technical issues to the development team.
• Provide players with feedback on their reported issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer support experience in IT or GameDev companies.
• Experience with Zendesk or Usedesk.
• Experience with task trackers such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or FlowFast.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Familiarity with gaming communities and terminology.
