What you will do

• Generate creative concepts and angles for user acquisition campaigns across emotional and thematic hooks.
• Write scripts, hooks, and copy designed to capture attention and drive action.
• Create detailed briefs that translate creative concepts into actionable production directions.
• Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to align creative output with testing needs and performance goals.
• Analyze creative performance data and apply learnings to new concepts.
• Monitor trends, competitor creatives, and platform behavior to keep campaigns fresh and differentiated.

Requirements

• Strong copywriting instincts and the ability to develop fresh angles and attention-grabbing hooks.
• Clear, structured thinking and the ability to turn creative ideas into executable briefs.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in the creative workflow.
• Curiosity about performance and the ability to understand why creative concepts work.
• Self-starter attitude and the ability to manage an independent workload in a fast-moving environment.
• Basic understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and CVR is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics, including CTR, CPA, and CVR.
