Creative Marketing Manager (Live-Streaming/Social Networking)

hirify.global is a global IT product company building mobile and web applications for live-streaming and social networking, with users across North America, Europe, Latin America, and MENA.

What you will do

• Own the creative production cycle from trend discovery and concept development to tested advertising creatives.
• Produce creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, and Google.
• Collaborate with designers to create platform-specific visual and textual content.
• Analyze competitor concepts and develop new creative ideas for the design team.
• Research user behavior and funnels to identify performance drivers.
• Analyze creative testing results and prepare structured reports for product and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing creative production from ideation through execution and testing.
• Understanding of advertising creative requirements across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, and Google.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, user acquisition specialists, analysts, product, and B2B teams.
• Experience analyzing user behavior, funnels, competitors, and creative performance.
• Middle-level professional experience in creative marketing management.
