Agent Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Own the system prompts for client-facing conversational AI bots, including building, refining, and testing them.
• Build voice and chat AI agents on the platform for client engagements.
• Evaluate AI output for tone, phrasing, naturalness, conversational flow, correctness, and pronunciation where relevant.
• Shape customer experience through conversation design and high-quality service interactions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in prompt engineering for conversational AI and LLM agents.
• Background in linguistics or applied linguistics, or strong language sensitivity.
• Ability to perform deep evaluations of conversational AI quality.
• Customer experience and conversation design mindset.
• English is required, along with German or another required European language at a level sufficient to evaluate tone, pronunciation, and conversational quality.

Nice to have

• Computational linguistics background.
• Backend or software engineering experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Microsoft or Azure technology knowledge.
