UX/UI Designer (AI-Native Process)

Location: Remote cooperation associated with Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland

Salary: 15,000–30,000 PLN net + VAT per month for B2B cooperation, depending on experience, AI fluency, expertise, scope, and availability.

What you will do

• Turn approved module briefs into interactive prototypes with real interactions, copy, edge cases, and multiple screens.
• Use AI design and coding tools to generate working prototypes quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Build rough interactive prototypes live during concept workshops.
• Share prototypes asynchronously, collect feedback, and refine solutions rapidly.
• Hand over solid prototypes to UI designers for final Figma execution, design-system compliance, visual polish, and documentation.
• Help establish and evangelize AI-first design practices within project teams.

Requirements

• Regular use of at least 2–3 AI design tools, such as Magic Patterns, v0, Bolt, Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, or Figma Make.
• Ability to create a clickable, multi-screen prototype from a text or voice brief in under two hours.
• Understanding of HTML structure, CSS layout, components, and front-end implementation constraints.
• Strong product thinking, including user stories, flows, edge cases, empty states, and error handling.
• Practical design sensibility and the ability to identify visual, spacing, and interaction problems.
• English is required for the video application and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience building prototypes, apps, experiments, or side projects with AI tools.
• Experience with AI-first design workflows or product, UX, UI, and front-end teams.
• Experience using video or screen recordings to explain a design process.
• Interest in shaping the future of design-team workflows.

• Complete a 60-minute live prototype-building session followed by a 30-minute product-thinking conversation.
