EUV Source Technical Support Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Tainan, Taiwan. Day and late shifts, with on-site and remote technical support activities.

What you will do

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize EUV source power, stability, and availability for high-volume manufacturing.
• Diagnose performance degradation across laser, droplet, collector, vacuum, and diagnostic subsystems.
• Lead root cause investigations for recurring or high-impact issues using system logs, sensor data, and performance trends.
• Define and implement corrective, preventive maintenance, and performance-improvement actions.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers, field service teams, and internal engineering organizations.
• Document technical cases, troubleshooting procedures, lessons learned, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2+ years of technical knowledge or experience with EUV Source systems.
• Understanding of EUV source architecture, power generation, stability drivers, and degradation mechanisms.
• Experience with advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, data interpretation, and system performance optimization.
• Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication operations, high-volume manufacturing constraints, and uptime requirements.
• Legal authorization to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting work.
