Quality Inspector

What you will do

• Receive and inspect returned high-value consumer electronics, including mobile phones, graphics cards, and game consoles.
• Check serial numbers and IMEI details, appearance, functionality, accessories, packaging, and completeness against inspection SOPs.
• Identify product substitution, unauthorized disassembly, component replacement, counterfeiting, missing items, and other irregularities.
• Perform disassembly, hardware checks, performance testing, and authenticity verification for abnormal products.
• Record inspection results and supporting photos or videos accurately in the system.
• Classify products for restocking, refurbishment, repair, second-hand grading, exception interception, or scrapping, and help improve inspection standards and risk rules.

Requirements

• Experience inspecting or repairing electronic products, mobile phones, computer hardware, or game consoles; more than two years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer-electronics hardware structures, functions, and basic fault-diagnosis methods.
• Strong ability to detect irregularities and analyze issues such as unauthorized disassembly, component replacement, and product substitution.
• Experience with mobile-phone, graphics-card, or game-console repair, refurbishment, quality inspection, or second-hand assessment is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong data-recording and evidence-preservation skills.
