Solutions Architect, EMEA (Web3)

What you will do

• Own the transition from deal close to production and take end-to-end accountability for delivered solutions.
• Define enterprise customer setups, including API integrations, security architecture, and technical documentation.
• Lead complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule systems through production.
• Create reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and delivery playbooks for the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to resolve complex integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales through technical discovery and solution design while maintaining delivery quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with banks, financial institutions, or enterprise financial systems.
• Software development experience and a hands-on technical approach.
• Strong knowledge of IT security, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and related best practices.
• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards; excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support.
• Additional EMEA language skills.
• Both digital-asset technology and financial-services experience.
